Leroy advertised in The Fountain newspaper in 1971; Below Left in the May 1971 issue and Below Right in the October 1971 issue. As well as had several photos in the newspaper that represented his work.
Above. On the penis of the guy on page 13 that states, “Censored see page 8”, page 8 was Community Rap with the title, “Should we let it all hang out?” Recently, a good deal of controversy has swirled around full frontal nudes in The Fountain… Thus, the two photos above were making a point about NOT showing it all.
Per the above Right ad, it was daring to place an ad in any newspaper at that time with full frontal nudity.
