Rod is managing the place and a completely new staff services the growing list of customers. Step inside and you’re assaulted by walls of corrugated metal reflecting a multitude of flickering candles, desert camouflage spots on the ceiling, wooden rafters, and old rums. You'll feel like you're in a Quonset hut somewhere in Iran. But the hunky bartenders like Mark will make you think you’re in heaven.

They closed the Bushes after New Year (they almost had to and completely remodeled. It’s a dance bar with dj’s that are real people instead of programmed robots…Portland's newest look. Give it a try and a taste.
