In the August 1, 1985 issue of the Eagle Newsmagazine there was an article ROXY’S LEOPARD LOUNGE REVIEWS TALENT Portland, OR: Portland’s newest talent showcase success is Roxy’s. I Review. Although only four weeks old, the performers are theatre and musical community of Portland, the audiences have been enthusiastic, energetic, and entertained. Musical director, composer-pianist Mike Harrison produces and presents the show Tuesday through Saturday evenings. The schedule includes comedy on Tuesday; the talent showcase on Wednesday; and featured performers (from the Wednesday showcase) on Thursday through Saturday. Showtime is 9 p.m. and runs about two hours. .Arrive early for a good seat and enjoy a complete dinner menu provided by the popular Roxy Hearts World Dinner.
