PABA Portland Area Business Association was founded in 1992 to serve the local LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) community and its allies. Ad below LEFT in the Alternative Connection newspaper, September 1992 states “become a charter member”. Below RIGHT is the certificate issued to Don Horn of triangle productions! who became a charter member.

In 2021, PABA rebranded itself to Oregon Pride in Business.
