This not-queer-only show lasts from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., during which time the curious creatures known as the Fir Girls will slink about in tattoos and fur. Per Wikipedia: The Doug Fir Lounge is a bar and restaurant housed within the ground level of the Jupiter Hotel, in Portland, Oregon's Buckman neighborhood, in the United States.[1][2] It was established in 2004 and features a basement music and event space.

Doug Fir Lounge and Restaurant: A darling among Portland's many hip music clubs, the retro-chic, and gay-popular spot is attached to the similarly hipster-frequented Jupiter Hotel in Southeast Portland, several blocks east of Burnside Bridge.
